Element are able to offer high-tech drone surveys for commercial and industrial buildings.

By using drones we are able to create an accurate report of any required cleaning, coating or maintenance. Our skilled pilots and high-definition cameras are able to cover every square inch of your building, and if we find any defect or maintenance requirement we will detail it in our report with photos and video footage for your reference.

Drone surveys have very little impact on the running of your site - there is no need for scaffolding or lifting equipment, and our pilots are fully trained and certified to work in public spaces.

Choosing to have a drone survey is also a very quick way to get a complete exterior inspection of your building, and we will often have the full report delivered to customers within 72 hours of the survey.

A Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) is a commercial authorisation issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), enabling holders to operate legally in UK airspace, in accordance with their operations manual.

When hiring the services of a drone operator, we strongly advise you to make the necessary checks to ensure they are registered and licensed by the CAA.
